  • Custom 3- or 5-day training split (home or gym-based)

  • Demo videos, logging tools, and progress tracking

  • Weekly habit coaching (sleep, hydration, steps, mindfulness, etc.)

  • In-app food logging, macro tracking, and nutrition guidance

  • Personalized support and in-app messaging with your coach

6 Week Nutrition

Ideal for those who want focused, one-on-one support to improve their nutrition and build sustainable habits. You'll get guidance tailored to your goals, whether you're aiming to lose fat, gain muscle, or improve energy and balance.
 

Includes:

  • Personalized macro breakdown based on your goals

  • Weekly email check-ins and progress reviews

  • Ongoing support via text for questions and guidance

  • 30-minute orientation call to review tracking, goals, and expectations

  • Education and strategies to support long-term success
