FIRST TIME VISITORS
We know that the first time can be a little intimidating so we wanted to share some pointers with you to help make your experience the best possible.
When to arrive for your 1st class
For your first few visits, please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure we can provide you with an orientation and get you thoroughly set up, get settled and catch any trainer demos.

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or concerns you may have to ensure we can best provide you with modifications during class if needed.
Sign-in to class upon arrival
Upon arriving to either of our studios, please ensure to sign in to your class on one of the iPads located on the wall as you enter.

Not signing in may result in a no-show/late cancel fee.
