A well rounded fitness routine should include a variety of different types of training.  Often times, we get into a rhythm of one type of practice, whether it be all yoga, all pilates, all cycling, all running, all heavy weight training; when our bodies are built to move in multiple planes of motion.  For example, if you're an avid runner/cyclist, you're repeatedly moving in your sagittal plane (the front of your body), when our everyday life has us twisting, turning, bending, and doing all different types of movements that we usually never train for.  We want to challenge you to diversify your training to incorporate different types of exercise!  Not only will this keep things exciting and keep you motivated, it will also provide you the best possible results and make you stronger for LIFE. 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PURE CYCLE

Our classes are a full-body experience strengthening both your body and your mind.  You'll push through hill climbs and intense cardio bursts using the beat of the music to propel your every move.  Our classes utilize the rhythm of the music to motivate and influence the intensity of the ride.  A private, dim lit studio allows your mind to get lost in the energy and feel the power of the pack.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a versatile, low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class will be conducted on a mat with or without equipment that involves slow and precise movements and breath control.   Pilates targets your core leaving you feel long and aligned. Pilates is not restricted to specific body parts so expect a workout that works your entire body.

This class is low-intensity and fabulous for all fitness levels and ages.

TOTAL BODY BARRE

The perfect combination of strength conditioning, resistance bands, core training  and flexibility wrapped up into one sweaty endurance workout. This class is safe for all levels of fitness and promises a full body workout you won't forget! 

BARRE

Expect to tone up both your arms, core and low body.  You will feel the burn using small movements, light weights at a high volume.


This class targets the entire glute area - max, med and min. Core and both transverse abdominals (deep core), rectus abdominals and lower abdominals.

 

Great for all fitness levels.

GROUP POWER®

Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training.

In this class we use a step platform, an adjustable barbell, our towel and body weight.

Each song targets a specific muscle group, incorporating everyday functional movements, making you stronger and more mobile for every day life.

STRENGTH & CORE (UPPER BODY FOCUS)

Gain strength in your upper body and core with various types of equipment and dynamic compound moves. This is a strength focused class that will build your biceps, triceps, chest, back and shoulders plus build core strength, all in one fun, sweaty workout. This upper body workout is for everyone  looking for a 45 min focused strength conditioning session with variety, challenge, and options for modifications. 

STRENGTH & CORE(LOWER BODY FOCUS)

Get ready to unleash the true potential of your lower body with this 45-minute workout designed to build strength and overall function. This class will be dynamic and changing as you work towards building strength, and a strong core foundation. Target key muscle groups, enhance overall lower body function, and elevate your fitness game to new heights.This class will continuously challenge your muscles and avoid plateaus in your fitness, while educating proper form and keeping you feeling your best! 

ASS & ABS
FULL BODY

This class is all about sculpting the arms with targeted exercises for the triceps, shoulders, biceps & upper back. We will also dive into the core to taper your torso and strengthen your core. Keep yourself feeling and looking strong all year around.

TOTAL BODY
CONDITIONING

Using a variety of movements and equipment the aim of this class is top-to-toe conditioning for all abilities and fitness levels. 

This strength and conditioning training circuit combines a series of full-body exercises that target all major muscle groups. From compound movements to isolated muscle exercises; battle ropes to ball slams, plank jacks to push ups, this class will challenge you to push past your limits and maximize your results.

 

The format of the class will be run with timed-intervals so everyone will be able to work at their own pace & intensity.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is a beautiful style of movement that allows students to hold postures for several moments, play around with variations of postures, and become hyper aware of their alignment in each posture. These Hatha classes will follow a similar structure of starting with a breathing technique, warming up the core and spine through floor work, inviting heat to the body through sun saluations, working and playing with standing postures, and finally cooling down the body and ending the class with a savanasa. 

 

This “mountain” sequence allows students to challenge the body, become aware of the body, but also become intimately aware of how we can calm the body through long holds and breathing techniques. 

 

This is an all levels class, perfect for those who would like modifications, but also those who want to expand their practice with more challenging variations. Come give this traditional, yet accessible class a try!

 YOGA FLOW

This class is perfect for those looking to connect with their body, breath and increase their flexibility. Beginning with some gentle warmups, and finding our way into several standing series where we will focus on proper alignment and body awareness. We will work our way through a flow style practice ending with several floor stretches and a sweet savasana. All levels welcome!

STRENGTH HIIT

Blast all of your muscles with this Hiit style + weight training workout! Each class will be different and challenging using a variety of equipment including adjustable barbell, dumbbells, bands, gliders and body weight. We will perform functional movements with a blast of high intensity cardio for a full body workout in 45!

GOLDEN STRENGTH 60+

A light strength class designed for those 60 years of age or older.  Light weights, STOTT pilates method type movements + body weight exercises focused on proper form and technique to prevent injury.

ACTIVE
RECOVERY

In this 45 min class will help improve mobility, flexibility, and circulation. Using props and your body you will be guided through dynamic stretches and postures that will release tight muscles, increase range of motion, and leave you feeling recovered and reset. Add this class into your routine as a self care routine and notice the difference it will create.

THE B CLASS®

The b. class® encompasses everything you ever wanted in a 1-hour fitness class. The exercise that works the body, the energy clearing and mindfulness from a yoga class, the music and spiritual connection, all packaged in one.

 

We create a space for women to self-heal, transform, and connect. The b. class is an inspiring women’s 'fitness program' designed to let the heart and soul speak. We combine athletic movement with music to create a powerful connection within.

Private Sessions

We know that classes aren't always for everyone. If you would like a more personalized workout and a one-on-one environment, we offer private sessions!  A 60 minute session with one of our coaches, who will take you through a customized routine that will be built specifically for your level, restrictions and goals. Even if you love classes, but you want to take some time to get better acquainted with a routine and your favorite coach, a private session is how you can take your experience to the next level.
