A well rounded fitness routine should include a variety of different types of training. Often times, we get into a rhythm of one type of practice, whether it be all yoga, all pilates, all cycling, all running, all heavy weight training; when our bodies are built to move in multiple planes of motion. For example, if you're an avid runner/cyclist, you're repeatedly moving in your sagittal plane (the front of your body), when our everyday life has us twisting, turning, bending, and doing all different types of movements that we usually never train for. We want to challenge you to diversify your training to incorporate different types of exercise! Not only will this keep things exciting and keep you motivated, it will also provide you the best possible results and make you stronger for LIFE.

Barre to the Beat
Barre to the Beat fuses music with strength training, bursts of high-intensity cardio, and resistance-based exercises to keep your mind and muscles guessing. These classes are fun, fresh and challenging!
Get ready to sweat, sculpt and pulse your way to a stronger you.
Pilates is a versatile, low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class will be conducted on a mat with or without equipment that involves slow and precise movements and breath control. Pilates targets your core leaving you feel long and aligned. Pilates is not restricted to specific body parts so expect a workout that works your entire body.
This class is low-intensity and fabulous for all fitness levels and ages.
Total resistance exercise (TRX) uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
This class is a classic. The TRX is often used by personal trainers in 1:1 sessions because it delivers RESULTS. This class is a great place to try it out!
This high-intensity, multifaceted method delivers exceptional results in a remarkable amount of time due to the unique intervals of strength + cardio + core in every class.
Combining all of these, allows participants to strengthen, tighten, and tone the whole body for a superior approach to full-body conditioning.
This class is can be tailored to fit every fitness level and will feel challenging each class due to the resistance training equipment we use. If it's your first time using a TRX, be patient with yourself, you'll end up loving the results.
A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. HARD CORE!
This class is only 30 minutes, but don't be fooled... you'll be happy it's only 30 minutes.
This high energy class is for every fitness level, the instructor will provide you options making sure every fitness level is included.
Add this class on to the end of a workout, after a spin class or as a quick option if your time is limited. Either way you will leave feeling so good!

REV up your morning with PURE F.I.T - Functional Interval Training incorporates a variety of equipment and compound movements including strength, endurance, mobility, balance and cardio right to the CORE. Functional training has meaningful benefits - whether your seeking athletic gains or just want to feel better, this class will help you meet your goals!
Rollin' into Bed
This class starts with gentle, slow stretches to warm up the spine and relax the muscles. We will incorporate the foam roller which is a self-myofascial release technique to increase blood flow, help with muscle tightness, soreness and inflammation and increase your joint range of motion.
This class will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and ready for bed. Low lighting and soothing environment.

Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training.
In this class we use a step platform, an adjustable barbell, our towel and body weight.
Each song targets a specific body part, incorporating everyday functional movements, making you stronger and more mobile for every day life.
This class is perfect for those looking to connect with their body, breath and increase their flexibility. Beginning with some gentle warmups, and finding our way into several standing series where we will focus on proper alignment and body awareness. We will work our way through a flow style practice ending with several floor stretches and a sweet savasana. All levels welcome!
Full Body Blast
This 45 minute group exercise class will challenge every muscle in your body with a variety of exercises & movements that involve using your own body weight as well as equipment from the studio. We will be pushing, pulling, squating, jumping, lunging, pressing, curling, twisting, bending, having fun & laughing… nothing is off the table!
Our space will be set up in a covid friendly atmosphere, where each participate will be at their own station. For the most part, the format of the class will be run with timed-intervals so everyone will be able to work at their own pace & intensity. All fitness levels are welcome as EVERY exercise can be modified to suit individual needs - they can all be made easier OR harder! Grab your water bottle & a sweat towel, & lets do this!
HIIT & Hustle
Blast all of your muscles with this Hiit style + weight training workout! Each class will be different and challenging using a variety of equipment including adjustable barbell, dumbbells, bands, gliders and body weight. We will perform functional movements with a blast of high intensity cardio for a full body workout in 45!
Release deep knots, and reduce muscle soreness through deep tissue self massage and long hold stretches. Rock Om
This is a practice more of us should incorporate into our routines. In this class we will use a trigger point foam roller to help massage the fascia (pronounced fah-sha) to release any tight, stiff or sore muscles. When fascia is unhealthy, it can be sticky, clumpy and tight. It forms restrictions, adhesions, and distortions (think: muscle knots). Because fascia connects throughout the entire body, think of it like a tablecloth; tugging at one corner can change the position of everything else on the table.
Causes of unhealthy fascia: sedentary lifestyle, poor posture, dehydration, overusing/injuring your muscles, unhealthy habits, poor sleep quality, stress.
This class is for everyone, try incorporating in at least 1 of these each week.
