A well rounded fitness routine should include a variety of different types of training.  Often times, we get into a rhythm of one type of practice, whether it be all yoga, all pilates, all cycling, all running, all heavy weight training; when our bodies are built to move in multiple planes of motion.  For example, if you're an avid runner/cyclist, you're repeatedly moving in your sagittal plane (the front of your body), when our everyday life has us twisting, turning, bending, and doing all different types of movements that we usually never train for.  We want to challenge you to diversify your training to incorporate different types of exercise!  Not only will this keep things exciting and keep you motivated, it will also provide you the best possible results and make you stronger for LIFE. 



Category:  High-intensity - rhythm ride, all levels.

Targets:  Cardio and full body.

Equipment:  Schwinn Carbon Blue Bikes and a pair of light hand weights, don't forget to grab complimentary clip-in shoes from our front desk.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  Our spin classes are a full-body experience strengthening both your body and your mind.  You'll push through hill climbs and intense cardio bursts using the beat of the music to propel your every move.  Our classes utilize the rhythm of the music to motivate and influence the intensity of the ride.  A private, dim lit studio allows your mind to get lost in the energy and feel the power of the pack.


Category:  Variable intensity​ with cardio bursts.

Targets:  Full body strength training with emphasis on core.

Equipment:  Suspension trainer, body weight, and a yoga mat.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  Core + full body connection starting with a warm up and then combining total body integration. This class is designed to keep you safe, healthy and functionally strong. Using the TRX straps and a combination of core challenges in a fun environment.


Category:  Med/High-intensity​.

Targets:  Full body, emphasis on core, legs and booty.

Equipment:  A variety of equipment is used and will be different each class.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  The perfect combination of strength conditioning, resistance bands, core training  and flexibility wrapped up into one sweaty endurance workout. This class is safe for all levels of fitness and promises a full body workout you won't forget! 


Category:  Low-intensity.

Targets:  Full-body: core strength,

stability + flexibility.

Equipment:  Yoga mat + body weight.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  

Pilates is a versatile, low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class will be conducted on a mat with or without equipment that involves slow and precise movements and breath control.   Pilates targets your core leaving you feel long and aligned. Pilates is not restricted to specific body parts so expect a workout that works your entire body.

This class is low-intensity and fabulous for all fitness levels and ages.


Category:  Variable intensity, all levels.

Targets:  Full body strength training.

Equipment:  A step platform, weighted barbell, plates + body weight.

Duration:  55 minutes.

What to expect:  Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have strength training.

In this class we use a step platform, an adjustable barbell, our towel and body weight.

Each song targets a specific muscle group, incorporating everyday functional movements, making you stronger and more mobile for every day life.


Category:  Low-intensity​.

Targets:  Core strength, full body stretch + lengthen muscles.

Equipment:  Yoga mat. Props optional.

Duration:  60 minutes.

What to expect:  This class is perfect for those looking to connect with their body, breath and increase their flexibility. Beginning with some gentle warmups, and finding our way into several standing series where we will focus on proper alignment and body awareness. We will work our way through a flow style practice ending with several floor stretches and a sweet savasana. All levels welcome!

Category:  High-intensity.

Targets:  Full body.

Equipment:  Yoga mat + props (optional)

Duration:  60 minutes.

What to expect:  Power yoga is a fast-paced and intense practice. You will move from one posture to another rapidly, linking your breathing to the different flows of movement.

Power yoga is focused on building strength and endurance and an excellent way to scorch calories.

Category:  Low-intensity.

Targets:  Abs, core + glutes.

Equipment:  Yoga mat, gliders, resistance bands and body weight.

Duration:  40 minutes.

What to expect:   Expect to tone up both your ass & abs and feel the burn.  

This class targets the entire glute area - max, med and min. Core and both transverse abdominals (deep core), rectus abdominals and lower abdominals.


Category:  Variable intensity​.

Targets:  Full-body strength training.

Equipment:  Equipment will vary each class.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  This class will challenge every muscle in your body with a variety of exercises & movements that involve using your own body weight as well as varying equipment.  We will be pushing, pulling, squating, jumping, lunging, pressing, curling, twisting, bending, having fun & laughing… nothing is off the table! 


The format of the class will be run with timed-intervals so everyone will be able to work at their own pace & intensity.   


Category:  High-intensity.

Targets:  Full-body strength training with cardio bursts.

Equipment:  Barbells, dumbells, bands, + body weight.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  Blast all of your muscles with this Hiit style + weight training workout! Each class will be different and challenging using a variety of equipment including adjustable barbell, dumbbells, bands, gliders and body weight. We will perform functional movements with a blast of high intensity cardio for a full body workout in 45!


Category:  Medium-intensity.

Targets:  Upper body and core.

Equipment:  Varies.

Duration:  45 minutes.

What to expect:  This class is all about sculpting the arms with targeted exercises for the triceps, shoulders, biceps & upper back. We will also dive into the core to taper your torso and strengthen your core. Keep yourself feeling and looking strong all year around.


Category:  Low-intensity​.

Targets:  Mid-day energy pick-me-up, reverse forward flexion from sitting at a desk all day.

Equipment:  Yoga mat. Props optional.

Duration:  40 minutes.

What to expect:  This class will begin with a group centering; focusing on breath and body awareness.  It will then move into a few short warm ups and then lots of sun salutations in order to get the body nice and warm.  We will finish the class with a focus on core movements and a sweet savasana in order to get you feeling aligned and ready for the second half of your day!

Category:  Low-intensity.

Targets:  Full-body, active aging.

Equipment:  Yoga mat, pilates ball + light weights.

Duration:  55 minutes.

What to expect:  A light strength class designed for those 60 years of age or older.  Light weights, STOTT pilates method type movements + body weight exercises focused on proper form and technique to prevent injury.


Category:  Med-intensity.

Targets:  Cardiovascular + total body strength.

Equipment:  Step + 

adjustable dumbbells.

Duration:   55 minutes.

What to expect:

Remember that your first class only happens once. After attending Group Active three times, you will get into the rhythm of things and should feel like a pro!

What to expect:  The b. class® encompasses everything you ever wanted in a 1-hour fitness class. The exercise that works the body, the energy clearing and mindfulness from a yoga class, the music and spiritual connection, all packaged in one.


We create a space for women to self-heal, transform, and connect. The b. class is an inspiring women’s 'fitness program' designed to let the heart and soul speak. We combine athletic movement with music to create a powerful connection within.

You will learn proper bike set up, form and technique and be guided step-by-step but one of our incredible trainers.

We will go over everything you need to know for a fun and successful spin class.

4 week Beginner Group Fitness Series

Date:  Starts January 14th, 2023


Saturdays at 9:30 am, for 4 consecutive weeks.

This class is an introduction to group fitness classes.

This 4 week series will focus on learning proper form and technique that is used in our various group fitness classes.


You will leave each class feeling more and more confident and stronger with every class.


This is a great place to start for anyone who is just starting out on their fitness journey or for someone who has been inactive for a while and wants to slowly get back into a fitness routine.


We welcome all ages and all fitness levels.

Our classes can be modified to accommodated all fitness levels; however you are always your own best advisor, please listen to your body during class and pull back if ever feel you need to rest.  If you have any injuries or special circumstances that we should be aware of, please notify your instructor prior to class start so we can best modify any movements for you during class.

Private Sessions

We know that classes aren't always for everyone. If you would like a more personalized workout and a one-on-one environment, we offer private sessions!  A 60 minute session with one of our coaches, who will take you through a customized routine that will be built specifically for your level, restrictions and goals. Even if you love classes, but you want to take some time to get better acquainted with a routine and your favorite coach, a private session is how you can take your experience to the next level.
