People sign up for a gym membership with the best of intentions, come a few times but without a program to follow it can be very overwhelming and difficult to create a routine that feels good.
Yes, there are so many workout programs you can find online, but it's easy to get lost in all of the noise of the internet.
I wanted to create a 4 week, easy-to-follow, progressive program that you can follow in the gym or at home that will leave you feeling confident, accomplished and stronger than when you started.
Let this be your stepping stone.
