HOW TO BOOK:
HYDRATION + NUTRITION: Be sure to drink a lot of water and have a light snack. We have water available for purchase and a water-fill station if you bring your own bottle.
ATTIRE + SHOES: We recommend wearing athletic clothing, form fitting pants or capris, and socks. Our bikes require have pedal cages for running shoes or SPD clips for cycling shoes. We highly recommend investing in cycling shoes for a more fluid ride.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLIP-IN SHOES! - please ask at front desk**
LOCKERS + SHOWERS: We have cubbies and lockers for storing your belongings along with lockers in our change rooms. Please bring your own lock for day-use. Our change rooms have 2 showers with complimentary sweat towels and shower towels are provided at no charge.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
CHECK IN: Arrive 10-15 minutes early and check in with the front desk crew. Initial next to your name and preselected bike number. You’ll sign a waiver and get prepped on our all the things you need to know prior to your ride.
ETIQUETTE: We thrive on Good Vibes only! To preserve the experience and respect the ride, we do not allow cell phones in the studio.
IN THE STUDIO
BIKE SETUP: As a new rider, it's important to let one of our instructors properly fit you to your bike. Correct alignment is essential to a safe ride and the most effective workout. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance and run through the basics of our method.
SAFETY: Our classes are designed to push you to your limits, but it's important to listen to your body and and remember that you are in control of your own bike. Our dim lit studio is the perfect environment for each rider to take every class at a pace that works for them.
